  • To understand several domains in the delivery of high quality cardiovascular care including effectiveness, equity, safety, and efficiency
  • To understand patient, provider and system-level gaps in the implementation of national cardiovascular guidelines
  • To identify implementation strategies to improve adherence to national cardiovascular guidelines
  • To evaluate gaps in cardiovascular care delivery and identify scalable strategies to improve delivery of guideline concordant cardiovascular care in low-middle income countries
